Your result stays private unless you request a match.
You can complete the HomeWatt Plan assessment without giving us your name, email address or phone number. Assessment answers stay in the page unless you deliberately ask HomeWatt Plan to find one installer.
Assessment information
Your selections are held temporarily in the page so the tool can calculate and display a result. Reloading or closing the page clears that assessment state.
Hosting and basic logs
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamps.
Optional installer matching
If you submit an installer request, we store the email address, optional phone number, location and assessment summary shown in the form. We use that information only to assess and arrange one relevant introduction. We first show a potential partner an anonymous summary. We tell you which partner wants the introduction and do not share your contact details until you agree.
Storage, retention and deletion
Installer requests are stored in HomeWatt Plan's private site database. We review requests and delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed to arrange an introduction, handle a dispute or meet accounting and legal obligations. To access or delete a request, email basdesignco@gmail.com and include its HWP reference.
No sale or automatic sharing
We do not sell personal information or send one request to a list of installers. A request is not consent to marketing. Contact details are shared only for the named introduction you approve.
Commercial independence
A participating installer may pay HomeWatt Plan for an accepted introduction. Payment cannot change your calculated starting plan, hide its limitations or purchase a recommendation. HomeWatt Plan does not currently run display advertising.
